Iowa Employment Solutions @ DMACC is a service of the State of Iowa, and is administered by Des Moines Area Community College (DMACC).

We offer programs and services to help unemployed and underemployed Central Iowans find meaningful, rewarding work in today’s employment marketplace.

We also offer services for adult students looking for job opportunities while attending school or after graduation.

And we are here to respond to the needs of Central Iowa businesses that are looking for trained, qualified employees.
